We describe each footbed, insole and pair of footwear as accurately as we can, including materials, thickness, arch support and sizing. Product photography is for illustration; colors, packaging and minor design details may vary between production runs. Measurements and size recommendations are approximate.
An order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt, and the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the address cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the order appears to be for resale in breach of these terms.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Accepted methods are listed on the Payment Policy page. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.
Every order ships free within the United States. Handling and delivery times, destinations and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Allow a short break-in period and stop using any product that causes pain, numbness or skin irritation. Footwear should be worn on suitable surfaces and inspected before each use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Minnehaha County, South Dakota, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
