AlignFoot Goods is committed to making soleeasy.us usable by as many people as possible, including shoppers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.

1. Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This covers text contrast, keyboard access, form labels, focus indicators, alternative text for images and a consistent page structure.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic headings and landmark regions on the home page and policy pages.
• Descriptive alternative text for product and category images.
• Visible focus styles and keyboard-operable navigation, search and cart links.
• Form fields with associated labels, including search and checkout fields.
• Color combinations chosen for readable contrast, not color alone, to convey meaning.
• Responsive layouts that reflow at 200% zoom on small screens.

3. Known limitations

• Some third-party checkout and payment widgets are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• A few older product images include text baked into the image; the visible product name beside each image provides the same information.
• PDF documents, where offered, may not be tagged for screen readers; contact us for an accessible version.

4. Assistive technology testing

We test key pages with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, and screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver. Testing is repeated when the site layout changes significantly.

5. Feedback and requests

If you meet a barrier, tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days and will offer the information or complete the task by phone or email if the page cannot be fixed quickly.
