Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This Cookie Policy explains the cookies used on soleeasy.us, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. Categories of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary: keep your cart, checkout session and login working. The site cannot function without these.
• Performance and analytics: show us which product pages are visited and how shoppers move through the site, in aggregate.
• Functional: remember preferences such as currency, region and recently viewed items.
• Marketing: used only where you have consented, to measure campaigns and show relevant ads on other sites.

2. Specific cookies

• woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart – keep your cart contents between pages. Session.
• wp_woocommerce_session_* – identifies your cart and checkout session. Two days.
• wordpress_logged_in_* – keeps you signed in to My Account. Session or 14 days.
• Analytics cookies – anonymised traffic measurement. Up to 13 months.

3. Third-party cookies

Payment providers, analytics services and, where consented, advertising platforms may set cookies when you use their features on our site. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that clears cookies when the window closes.

5. Do Not Track

Browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal with varying interpretations. We honour opt-out preferences registered through your browser where technically possible, and we do not sell personal information.

6. Changes

If we add or remove cookie categories, this page will be updated with a new “Last updated” date.
